When I look back on the moments that have shaped me into the person I am today, one stands out above the rest: my CEO experience. I often say the program changed my life, but upon reflection, it was more than that. CEO wasn’t just a class or a program — it was the door that swung wide open and welcomed me into the world of entrepreneurship, showing me that I had the power to build a life I truly wanted for myself.

The CEO gave me connections, tools, and opportunities, but the greatest gift he gave me was his belief in me. It taught me that not only was entrepreneurship possible, but that I was capable of stepping into that world. That spark of possibility has carried me ever since.

Some of the most incredible experiences in my journey stem directly from what the CEO instilled in me. I’ve had the privilege of becoming the podcast host of Fearless Founders, where I now share the stories of entrepreneurs from across the country. I’ve joined a six-month mastermind led by a former CEO alum. This experience transformed how I run my business and expanded my network to include an incredible group of driven entrepreneurs. And I’ve continued to grow Ashton Jo Marketing, a company that started as a dream and has now become a reality. I get to live every single day.

The CEO experience was powerful, but what makes it truly life-changing is what came after. I’ve chosen to keep moving, to keep showing up, and to keep leaning into the drive that CEO first unlocked in me. The lesson I carry with me is this: anything is possible if you commit, stay consistent, and keep moving forward.

Looking back, CEO was the beginning. But looking forward, it’s the fuel that keeps me chasing what’s next.
